• MINIMUM LOAN AMOUNT : 80% of the Property
• MAXIMUM LOAN AMOUNT : Rs.25,00,000/-
• INTEREST RATE : 1.5% per month.
• LOAN RE-PAYMENT MODE : Monthly basis. Delayed payment of monthly installments invite penalties.
